Up to £32,000 basic plus a strong commission package and excellent career progression and mentoring.
Harrison Sands are working with an established brand within finance recruitment who have some very exciting expansion plans, one if them being to open up in the Leeds market. Although highly respected with a great industry reputation in other geographics they are looking to have more of a uniform UK coverage with Leeds being one of their key development cities. This company have a stable and very knowledgeable senior management team, and as a Senior Consultant you will be mentored by a very respected highly seasoned recruitment manager with expertise within A&F.
As this is a new branch opening the Senior Recruitment Consultant will have a core business development focus, opening new market area within A&F for our client in Leeds as well as cross selling into clients they already supply to in other branches. This role will suit a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys relationship build and proactive client development and has an existing knowledge of the Leeds Accountancy and Finance marketplace.
Due to this being a start up branch there are some very strong progression routes to leadership and quickly for the Senior Consultant so if career progression is important to you this is the ideal role!
Our client already have offices in Leeds, a short walk from the train station and can provide LinkedIn recruiter licence and discounted gym membership along with healthcare cashback scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm.
