Up to £40,000 basic salary with year 1 OTE of £60,000 including 15% commission on all billings and bonus guarantee for 3 months.
Harrison Sands have a fantastic opportunity open for a talented commercial/ office services Recruitment Consultant looking to truly develop their career into Business Management. We are working with an independently owned consultancy who specialise in the placement of mid level professional services staff throughout the North of England. Our client already have a strong customer base and following the recent opening of a branch in Leeds are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their small but expanding team to develop the office services market in Yorkshire. This is a 360 role, working closely with the Manager of the Leeds branch and overall Head of Commercial Recruitment based from the Head Office the Senior Consultant will work to populate the database with commercial candidates as well as map the office services market in West Yorkshire initially with the freedom to generate vacancies for both permanent and temporary candidates.
This position will suit a confident recruiter currently operating within the Commercial marketplace with an understanding of the Yorkshire office services sector and the ability to generate business within this area. This role holds excellent progression opportunities to become Business Manager for office services in Leeds and build a team around you as you establish the sector.
Our client offer up to £40,000 basic salary depending on experience and billings, 15% commission on all billings with a guaranteed bonus for 3 months, package including 25 days’ annual leave, healthcare cover, pension and foreign holiday incentives for high billers.
