Senior Recruitment Consultant- Permanent Offices Services Recruitment

Are you a Recruitment Consultant with experience of recruiting permanent office services or commercial staff looking to join a well known and respected Leeds brand as a Senior Recruitment Consultant? Our client are a Times Top 100 employer and have a number of branches across northern England. Offering a fantastic training and development package, this company have a thriving Leeds city centre office and already supply to a number of high profile clients, both private and public sector. They are looking to expand the team with the addition of a Senior Consultant in their office services team, reporting into the Branch Manager to focus on permanent appointments.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will operate in a 360 capacity, using telephone and face to face based business development to attract client business, as well as utilising the extensive client database to re-establish lapsed clients. You will have full access to all major job boards to advertise roles and source candidates as well as a market leading database and strong social media links to take advantage of.

Applicants should have at least 1 year experience working as a Recruitment Consultant sourcing permanent staff and be comfortable sourcing business as well as working with existing accounts. Due to the client facing nature of the role ideally applicants will hold a full UK driver’s licence or be working towards passing their test and should also have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a people centric profession.

Our client’s working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and the offices are commutable from all major Leeds transport links.
