Senior Education Recruitment Resourcer- Birmingham
Basic salary up to £22,000 DOE + Bonus (£40 per placed candidate/ £10 per processed temp) + package (private health and dental cover, pension, 40 days annual leave)
Harrison Sands have a great opportunity for a candidate focused Resourcer to join our client, an education recruitment agency based in Birmingham city centre who focus on the placement of temporary teachers and teaching assistants. This client are an established brand within the city, supplying to primary schools across the West Midlands. This role reports directly to the branch’s Principal Recruitment Consultant, assisting with vacancy advertising, job board candidate searches, screening and processing of candidates, compliance checks and ensuring that all workers details are inputted correctly into the CRM database. Working from Birmingham, the chosen Senior Resourcer will have access to company wide training programmes and will be given sector guidance by the Principal Consultant with a career development path into 360 recruitment consultancy or a Principal Resourcer post.
Our client are looking for a Resourcer with at least 6 months agency experience and demonstrable experience of sourcing and screening candidates for work as well as processing candidate data such as right to work documentation, background checks and references. Our client specialise in the education sector, and although experience of this would be of benefit applicants we are open to background of Resourcers applying. This role would also suit a Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a candidate focused non- sales role.
