Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant- Birmingham
Basic salary up to £30,000 + Up to 40% commission + health care/ dental care scheme + pension + 40 days annual leave.
Are you an experienced education Recruitment Consultant with experience of providing staff to secondary schools? Harrison Sands are working with an established education recruiter who are now hiring in Birmingham and have a great marketplace offering. Our client are extremely established within the local area but historically have focused within primary schools. They do have some secondary clients on their long term and permanent desk and are looking to expand further into the secondary market with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant to focus solely on secondary schools placement. The Recruitment Consultant will proactively work to build a database of secondary school contacts and teachers (with the assistance of the branch Resourcer), selling via telephone contact and face to face meetings with school Business Managers. Due to to developmental nature of this role it is essential that all applicants have experience of selling into secondary schools and are an experienced education recruiter (we are open to your level of experience and salary will depend on this).
Our client operate Monday to Friday and offer 40 day’s annual leave, 10 of which are given as a day off per week in all major school holidays. Consultants typically work on a rota basis of 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm although are open to fixed shift patterns if needed.
