Are you senior level temps recruiter with experience of leading a small team looking to join a progressive and profitable recruitment agency able to offer a great career tract? Our city centre based client are looking for a billing manager to join their business, overseeing team, activity delivering into a qualified temps sector. The manager will look after activity of a team of 3 including support staff/ payroll and will inherit a very warm desk and solid client base to run alongside their leadership duties.

The chosen Recruitment Team Leader will immediately join to lead a team of 3, so must have experience of leading and mentoring staff within a recruitment environment and have a clear understanding of how to incentives and manage billing staff. Alongside management duties, the Recruitment Team Leader will be an active biller and have a proven record as a 360 recruiter within a temps environment, ideal sectors being engineering, construction, technical, civils although we will consider strong applicants from other qualified/ white collar temps driven sectors.
All applicants must have a client facing manner, and the ability to drive to client sites if required as well as assist team members in contract negotiations, bid work and business development training.
Our client are offering an excellent basic salary depending on your experience between £30,000 – 45,000 + package and commission based on team activity.
Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, role based in Newcastle city centre.
