Recruitment Team Leader
Leeds city centre. Basic salary up to £30,000 + commission + package. c £60,000 OTE.

We are now looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to join a market leading agency in Leeds city centre who supply qualified temporary staff within the social care market. The Recruitment Team Leader will act as a billing manager, with a group of client accounts to oversee and source temps for and a small team of Trainee Consultants to manage. Our client have a great training academy and their Leeds social work team currently houses 16 staff, with the expectation of further hires throughout the year. This means that the Director who currently manages the team with one existing Team Leader needs to ensure that for them to grow successfully they have enough support at management level. As such, the chosen Recruitment Team Leader will have a team of around 5 Recruitment Consultants to manage and support. Our client aren’t hugely KPI driven so management will come in the form of mentoring, advice provision, on the job training (supported by formalised training from the inhouse training team), management of development plans and undertaking regular one to one meetings.
The chosen Recruitment Team Leader will currently be working within temporary recruitment, we are open to sector but are ideally looking for someone supplying within a similar market to social work, e.g. nursing/ healthcare/ education/ commercial temps so can transition their knowledge easily. You must have experience of leadership and management, however we are open to Consultants looking to formalise their management experience in title, e.g. a Senior Consultant who has been dotted line managing Resourcers or more junior Consultants.
All applicants must be able to evidence their success within billing as a temps recruiter (at least £100K per annum GP), have strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written and a desire to develop their career within management. Our client have great retention rates and provide all staff ongoing training, so the expectation is that the Recruitment Team Leader will organically grow their career within management in this company.
Our client offer a warm and friendly working environment, basic salary up to £30,000 DOE plus strong commission package with an OTE of £60,000, package and working hours of 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and are based in Leeds city centre close to all public transport links.
