Basic salary up to £27,000 + commission + package.
Are you a Recruitment Consultant with experience of supplying into a healthcare sector looking to develop your career with a market leading agency? Our client are a Recruitment International award winning agency, with a national presence and a strong track record of supplying temporary healthcare staff from domiciliary to nursing. As a supplier to both private care homes and hospitals and the NHS, this company have a strong client base and an established pool of workers with Liverpool being a very successful branch for them.
Due to ongoing expansion this company are now looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The Recruitment Consultant will be provided a key geographic within the North West and Mersyside to recruit staff within, ensuring that client contracts are managed and further business is developed through your own sales activity. The Recruitment Consultant will have the assistance of the Resource team to ensure that candidates are successfully sourced for all your client requirements and to assist with candidate screening and interviews.
The Recruitment Consultant will have at least 9 months experience working for another healthcare recruitment agency and will be able to evidence successful development of temporary healthcare client accounts, private, NHS or both. All applicants must feel comfortable with the temporary recruitment process and be able to understand client compliance requirements, nurse and HCA attraction methods and conduct an interview with a potential temp to ascertain suitability. Due to this being a client facing role all applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and have the ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
