ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
This company are a boutique multi sector recruitment agency with a leaning towards the energy, engineering, technical and manufacturing sectors. Highly profitable they have a strong team of consultants already in place and some strong key client accounts, namely in the North of England within both the energy and manufacturing industry. Although the Rotherham branch is in a strong financial position the consultants in place all have busy desks already and with a lot of both the manufacturing and energy sectors still uncovered in the South Yorshire area they are looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join the team, one to focus on each area. Realisitcally these will be warm desks, with live client leads to follow, however we are looking for Consultants with the ability to develop further business both via phone, email and visits. They are an autonomous agency, meaning no KPIs, just realistic financial targets and the ability to manage your desk to your own working pace and manner. Our client have a specific training and development function enabling them to also offer all Recruitment Consultants tailored mentoring and training plans.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a warm desk, so on day one you will be entering into work on established client vacancies. Our client are looking for a 360 Reruiter, so although you will be expected to develop business it will be organic and based around the current desk activity.
EXPERIENCE WE NEED:
All applicants must have at least 1 year working for a recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a dual desk, so we are open to your background being permanent or temporary recruitment. Ideally you will have recruited within an engineering, manufacturing or technical discipline although we will consider driven recruiters from other sectors who demonstrate strong business development and delivery skills and can demonstrate consistent billings over their time as a Recruitment Consultant. All applicants must also have strong written and spoken interpersonal skills and a long term desire to develop their recruitment career.
