Harrison Sands are hiring for a multi-sector temps recruitment agency with a unique offering. Focusing on the placement of qualified candidates on working visas from Australia and New Zealand this business have a solid reputation across the capital for placement of temporary workers across business support, IT, marketing, education, Charity, financial services and legal sectors.
This business are a specialist in what they do, meeting face to face with all candidates and supporting them once they’ve moved to the UK in sourcing a role that will help them build a career, and being so quality driven means that a high proportion of their candidates are generated via referrals.
The Recruitment Consultant will operate in a 360 capacity. This business has over 150 billing clients, managed by 9 staff, so by recruiting an additional consultant there is an expectation for business development to widen the client base, as well as supplying into some existing accounts.
The Recruitment Consultant will have experience of working in a fast-paced placement environment with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates quickly.
Given that this is a niche area, experience from areas such as commercial recruitment/ office services recruitment/ contact centre recruitment/ transactional finance or fast-paced IT recruitment will transition well
Ideally the chosen Recruitment Consultant will have empathy for their candidates who have all recently relocated to the UK from Australia or New Zealand. Experience of making a life change or major move similar to this will be taken into account as part of your application.
Basic salary is DOE £30,000 – 35,000 plus monthly paid commission. Office location is in Kilburn, office based 4-5 days per week Monday – Friday.
