What’s involved?

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be placed into one of three teams, all supplying permanent staff but within varying industries. You’ll work closely with your Business Manager, being assigned a particular niche within your sector to recruit within. Often, to learn about your sector further you will be given the opportunity to resource for established consultants meaning that you can understand how the sector operates and also organically build your candidate network. You will be tasked with dealing with client accounts, both current and lapsed as well as developing business in new areas. You will source candidates using database searches, advertisement, job board search and use of LinkedIn and business mapping. You will manage the candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling and offer management as well as maintaining client contact throughout the process. You will receive commission for all placements you make on top of your basic salary and a further performance related bonus if you hit your targets!

What experience do we need?

All applicants must have experience of working in a business sales role or as a Recruitment Consultant, our client are happy to train you on the recruitment process but do require the ability to make outbound calls, develop business and speak professionally with senior level client stakeholders. You should have the ability to write engaging and sometimes technical job adverts and be happy to use databases and the internet to source relevant information and staff you may need to fill your vacancies! Our client are based in Horsforth, and do have an onsite car park as well as being close to a number of bus stops.

Alongside a basic salary of up to £25,000 DOE our client offer modern, spacious and air conditioned offices to work from, pension scheme, commission paid monthly, bonus paid twice a year, staff travel incentives, a sociable work environment, onsite gym and free parking.
