Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a Chester city centre based agency, a specialist within healthcare and nursing recruitment who due to team expansion are looking for an additional consultant to work on their private sector team.
This company focus predominantly on recruitment of temporary staff and recruit for the NHS and many national chains of private care homes, hospitals and clinics. The Recruitment Consultant will focus on placing staff within the private clients, which involves working with existing PSL clients as well as developing further business within the North of England and North Wales. The Recruitment Consultant will work as part of a small team focusing on sourcing new nurses to register, candidate interviews and bookings along with account management of existing client accounts and business development within new client areas.
The selected Recruitment Consultant will be an experienced agency recruiter with a background of working in a 360 role, ideally within healthcare although we are open to any temps recruitment background. Applicants must have the ability to manage a volume temps client base, with bookings requiring filling quickly so the ability to work at speed and the ability to multi-task are essential as is the ability to manage multiple client relationships. Due to the compliant nature of this sector applicants must have a strong attention to detail and proven experience of growing your desk’s gross margin.
The role is full time Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Our client are a close knit team who enjoy working hard, but also regularly socialise together.
