Up to £60,000 basic salary + monthly paid commission, car allowance, free onsite parking, quarterly staff incentives and high achievers club, 8.30am – 5.30pm working hours Monday to Friday.
Are you a Recruitment Consultant with proven experience of recruiting contractors and interims into the IT market or public sector? Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a Principal Consultant to join our client’s rapidly expanding public sector practice to further develop the IT space.

Our client are a leader in their field. With over 10 year’s success in supply of niche staff to the public sector in England they are framework approved to supply non-clinical staff to the NHS and also currently supply to a range of Local Authorities and central Government Agencies in England.
Independently owned, our client generate a multi-million pound annual profit within their public sector practice and are set for over 40% year-on-year growth from 2018 – 2019. With a dedicated bid-writing function their presence in the market continues to grow.
The Principal Consultant will focus on supplying interim staff within the healthcare IT sector. This is a market our client already cover in part but are now expanding due to additional contract framework wins. You will operate in a 360 capacity, developing relationships with key decision makers in the NHS and using LinkedIn, active advertising and the established candidate database to build contractor relationships. As the division grows you will have management responsibility for more junior consultants with the capacity to quickly develop to a Divisional Head role.
Applicants should have 5 years + recruitment experience with demonstrable billing success within either IT contracts, public sector senior level contracts/ interims or professional service recruitment. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead client meetings with Senior Management and discuss recruitment strategies with clients as well as filling their senior level contracts.
Our client are based in Leeds and offer free onsite parking. They are able to pay up to £60,000 basic salary dependant on experience plus commission paid monthly which is uncapped, additional quarterly bonus, car allowance and additional incentive schemes- realistically you should expect to earn ab OTE of £100,000 +.
