Payroll Administrator, Chester
£18,000 basic salary, interview and start work ASAP!
Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a thriving Chester based Recruitment Agency who due to ongoing business demands are looking to hire an additional Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will work as part of a close knit payroll team, running timesheet processing, payroll information input and processing, shift release and general invoice queries for temps working for the agency. This is a fast paced working environment, with over 200 timesheets to process per week, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is able to process their workload quickly and efficiently.
All applicants must have a background of working within payroll with experience of processing over 50 timesheets per week and dealing with payroll ideally with multiple pay streams. The chosen applicant will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills as you will spend regular time on the phone with agency temps, the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure at particular times of the week. If you have experience of working for either a Recruitment Agency or Umbrella Company it would be preferred although we are open to all payrolling backgrounds if you are able to demonstrate the required work ethic and pace.
Our client are offering £18,000 basic salary plus package including private health and dental cover, contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave. Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a welcoming and social working environment.
