Industrial onsite recruitment, dry food site in Blackpool. £25,000 basic salary + bonus. MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS ONLY!!

Harrison Sands are recruiting for one of the UK’s fastest growing specialists in onsite staffing provision who are now looking for an Account Manager to join them to oversee site operations on an 80 temp client site in Blackpool. Already turning over £230 million annually this company are set to increase turnover by £70 million at the close of this year, and have a steady stream of new client acquisitions happening as well as a core group of historic clients. This role will see you working Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible although you will need to check in temps which happens from 6am onwards, with site activity quietening in the early afternoon. No weekend work will be needed here. We are looking for an Account Manager with 1 year + experience managing an industrial onsite with experience of reporting directly to client stakeholders, managing the sourcing, interviewing and booking of temps onsite and overseeing daily shift patterns, absence management and site training and discipline.

All applicants must have a valid UK driver’s licence and be able to commute to Blackpool Monday to Friday.
