Our client are well recognised in the Yorkshire market and deal with a lot of high profile clients from their Leeds city centre operations. Due to the volumes of clients they have relations with it is important they continue to grow their staff numbers to ensure that quality service to clients is maintained and guaranteed. As a result they are looking to recruit an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant within their Office Service division. Office Services supply commercial, customer service, legal administration, general administration and contact centre staff to clients across Yorkshire.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant who is successful in this role will deal with a number of existing client accounts, as well as working to pro-actively develop further business across the county by way of outbound calls and client meetings. We are looking for a motivated and skilled consultant who can develop lasting client relationships, quickly develop rapport with clients and candidates alike and has the ability to manage a fast-paced desk, managing multiple vacancies over a number of clients. All applicants must have at least 9 month’s experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, and salary considerations will be directly related to success levels within your current and previous roles. Ideally you will have supplied into the commercial/ office support market, although we will consider applications from other pace driven professional sectors who are interested in moving to a sector which offers a great return on your effort in terms of your bonus potential and commission earnings.
Our client are based in Leeds city centre, operate working hours of 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and offer a basic salary of up to £30,000 + commission, bonus incentives, holiday incentives, quarterly target competitions as well as free onsite parking, pension scheme and healthcare cover.
