Basic salary up to £35,000 + up to 40% commission.

With a core focus on developing strategic client relationships and industry credibility rather than continual cold calling our client have proved themselves a long-standing supplier within public sector staffing. With excellent staff retention rates and a robust internal development plan this company offer competitive basic salaries of up to £35,000 depending on experience, car allowance once you are continually billing over £8,000 per month, package including performance related perks/ additional bonus and a commission structure ranging from 10 – 40% inclusive dependant on billings (e.g. 40% on all your billings if you achieve this level, not just a small portion, and yes, there are consultants currently earning at this level on similar desks).
We are looking to speak with Recruitment Consultants with 18 months plus experience as a 360 recruiter. Our client’s public sector interims desks focus on the placement of social care leaders and commissioners and education leaders so although experience within public sector placement, qualified healthcare or education are of benefit we are open to recruiters from other fast paced professional sectors (commercial/ finance/ marketing/ FMCG etc). All applicants must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a proactive approach to client management and a stable working background.
Our client have two desks open both billing between £10,000 and 12,000 GP per month, with the capacity to do a lot more. As such the Recruiters hired will join a desk with contractors already running meaning immediate commission earnings.
