Basic salary up to £45,000 + strong commission package + car allowance.
Harrison Sands are working with a Leeds based consultancy who specialise in the placement of senior level professionals within the public sector. Working on a retained basis our client fill niche roles nationally within education, healthcare and senior management. With a solid background in supplying both permanent and interim staff this company are extremely well-regarded within the sector, have a strong candidate and client database and a team of highly skilled Resourcers.
Due to internal progression our client are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join their education team, focusing on the placement of permanent Headteachers within school academies. The role will be working exclusively on retained assignments, and therefore we are looking to hire a Consultant with experience of bidding for and winning retained search assignments, working with traditional search methodologies and with experience of national business mapping.
The chosen Consultant will work with an existing client base, but will be expected to pro-actively develop relationships further within the academies pool, presenting themselves as a credible market source with an understanding of their focus. Experience of selling to and winning fixed business with CEO and Director level clients is essential, as is experience of delivering staff on retained assignments. Ideally you will have a knowledge of supplying into the public sector, with education being of particular interest.
In return out client can offer an excellent career path to Senior Management, car allowance upon billings of £8,000 per month and above, free on-site parking, a very attractive commission structure as well as additional bonus incentives and a strong basic salary.
