Our client supply exclusively on all of their assignments, and are now at a stage where they are able to expand their operations, both geographically with oversees offices and within other niche technology areas. They are looking to hire an Associate Director to work in partnership with the Managing Director to drive the business forward, focusing on client development at CEO/ MD/ HR Director level, pitch for retained assignments to feed back to the delivery team as well as maintaining the core relationships the business already have in place.
Our client have a primary focus on quality of service and collaborative working. They aren’t a numbers recruiter, focusing on vacancy fill rates rather than CV send-outs and interview levels.
