Harrison Sands are working with a boutique agency who have over 10 years trading as a specialist IT agency. With two operations in the UK, one being in Leeds city centre they supply across the IT and technical markets, offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions to a range of clients from financial corporates to Universities and developing businesses. Our client have great staff retention rates and see a big part of this coming from the fact that they allow their consultants to work autonomously, don’t overuse KPIs and try to create a really motivating and positive working environment, with staff being offered structured career plans and regular training and development.
We are now recruiting for two Senior Consultants, one to work the permanent market and the other to oversee contract recruitment within the north of England. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ recruitment agency experience, and have had exposure to developing business as part of a 360 role. Our client love to pay their consultants commission, so we are looking for recruiters who have a go-getting approach and enjoy following leads, making candidate spec outs and always like to seek out their next big client. Ideally you will have experience of supplying staff into the IT market, although we will consider applications from exceptional recruiters from other sectors.
