Basic salary up to £25,000 + commission up to 30% (£40 – 50K OTE)

Harrison Sands are recruiting for a leading supplier of staff into the construction and built environment sector, who due to divisional expansion have a warm desk open placing permanent Facilities Management and Construction personell. A Recruiter Hot 100 employer, our client have national coverage and are a PSL and in some cases sole supplier to a lot of leading UK brands, with a wide database of clients and candidates already established. The desk they have open focuses on the recruitment of permanent built environment staff, namely FM. All applicants must have experience of at least 1 year working as a Recruitment Consultant in a 360 capacity, so have dealt with both clients and candidates, and have sourced candidates using database search, job boards and proactive approaches. Ideally you will have a knowledge of surveying or the built environment, with preference given to applicants from a construction recruitment background, however if you are a recruiter from another area with a particular passion for construction or past experience of working in the sector we would also be keen to hear from you.
