Basic salary £20,000 – 30,000 + commission (£50,000 + OTE) + car allowance + benefits package including healthcare, pension and free parking.
Are you a Recruitment Consultant with experience of supplying permanent engineering/ technical or FMCG staff? The role: The Recruitment Consultant will focus on placing permanent staff within the engineering sector, we are open to your desk specialism in accordance with your current experience/ preferences and don’t put postcode restrictions on Consultants. The Recruitment Consultant will work to re-establish lapsed client contacts on the database, develop business using candidate spec outs and be given relationships to manage with existing clients as you are proving yourself as a valued team member. As the engineering sector is highly candidate led, it is essential that all applicants enjoy candidate sourcing, and making proactive approaches using networking and social media as well as using traditional job boards and advertising methods of candidate attraction.

All applicants must have experience of at least 1 year working as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in engineering or an associated sector although we will consider strong billers from any permanent desk.
