Complex Care Recruitment Manager- North West
Harrison Sands have an exciting opportunity open with our client, an established provider of staffing solutions to the healthcare and nursing sectors. Due to ongoing success within their complex care division they are now looking to recruit a Manager from a complex care background to manage and develop the team and it’s services across the North West of England with a predominant base in Chester.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management team to develop the business predominantly in the North West region, and Wales with a view to growing the business into other areas.
Applicants must be highly driven, sales-orientated, able to work under their own initiative and motivated to providing an industry leading care service. Our client are looking for someone who is focused on compliance with knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to respond with confidence in an emergency situation. Ideally you will be a qualified Registered Manager, or if not need to be working towards the qualification or hold NVQ Level 5. It is also essential that you have a valid driver’s licence and are comfortable driving within Cheshire, Lancashire and North Wales to client visits on a semi regular basis.
The key activities of the role will include managing, leading and developing colleagues in the complex care teams across the organisation ensuring that sales and financial targets are met within the current risk and regulatory framework whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
You will need to establish and maintain good liaison links with other agencies (case-managers, solicitors and other professionals) as appropriate and work in partnership with other sectors. You will be required to participate in care discussions/MDT meetings regarding specific clients where appropriate.
The chosen applicant will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience, company car or car allowance and commission with a total OTE of £50,000.
