£40,000 – 45,000 basic salary + commission + management bonus override + up to 28 days annual leave, Boost discounts package, healthcare, dental and optical cover, 4% contributory pension scheme.

Harrison Sands are hiring for a nationally renowned recruitment agency, named in last years’ UK top 100 agencies in the World Staffing Awards, a company with an excellent brand reputation and solid client base, and a stable team of 3 to manage and grow in their Newcastle branch.
This role will focus on stability and growth of the branch, operationally managing the 3 billing staff members while working to further expand the sales reach and in turn grow the consultant base.
Applicants will have a background in team management within a sales (ideally recruitment) function and be experienced in team management using financial targets and management of team P&L.
This position will suit a proven manager with a love for client management and development and strategic account growth. The branch being managed focuses on commercial recruitment covering legal, customer service, finance and professional services sectors, both permanent and temporary so experience covering these sectors is highly advantageous.
