Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager- Manchester
Basic salary up to £40,000 + car/ car allowance + commission.
Are you an experienced professional within industrial recruitment looking for a billing management role? Harrison Sands have a great new role in with one of our clients who have some exciting plans for their Manchester industrial division. This company are independently owned, profitable with a very strong management team and a current industrial division which is their main growth focus for the coming year. This company value the individuals in their team and as such have great staff retention rates, they have a dress down environment with working hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4pm Friday so able to offer a great work life balance too!
Our client are offering a basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus commission (which has a small threshold and then rewards you with up to 25% of billings monthly), car or car allowance and bonus yearly too. They are based locally to Salford and Victoria train stations, and also have a free car park 5 minute walk away.
What the job involves: This role will be managing a team of 3 Recruitment Consultants supplying industrial solutions, our client have 11 staff in the branch in total, the others delivering into another sector. As Branch Manager you will be a business development lead and will operate in a senior capacity within the industrial market, managing a desk of your own as well. You will work in partnership with the Managing Director to build the industrial team, in terms of both gross profit and staff numbers and as such there are excellent long-term growth routes for you.
