Accounts Assistant- Harehills
£20,000 – 23,000 basic salary + package + free onsite parking.
9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday working hours.
Harrison Sands are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join one of our historic clients, a provider of temporary staffing within the Yorkshire healthcare market. It’s a really busy office and as such we need an Accounts Administrator to join the team, reporting into the Operations Director.
The position is based in our client’s Harehills head office and will involve the below daily and weekly activities:
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Chase and file timesheets and check off against company CRM system.
Producing weekly Finalise payroll report and liaise with accountants on payroll report
Check draft payslips against payroll report and add net payments to enable payment team to process payments.
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator with 6 months + experience within an office-based accounts position who is able to work at pace within a fun and non-corporate environment.
