Senior Recruitment Consultant- Accountancy and Finance

WARRINGTON Hybrid working, 3 days in office/ 2 days WFH.

£30,000 – 40,000 basic salary + package which includes monthly paid commission, quarterly AND annual bonus and once you have worked for this company for 1 year you will also be eligible for an annual profit share bonus.

Quarterly incentive trips which include spa days/ lunch clubs and foreign short breaks plus an annual company-wide trip.

Harrison Sands are hiring for two additional Senior Consultants to join the Accountancy and Finance team of this Warrington-based boutique agency. Ideally one desk will focus on transactional finance and the other part qualified although we do have flexibility on this.

Both desks are open to experienced Recruitment Consultants (1.5 years + experience) with specific knowledge of accountancy and finance recruitment.

You’ll be joining a lively office, a really friendly and welcoming team with the average tenure in this company being over 5 years, and many examples of impressive internal growth from Consultant to senior management level.

Both desks are warm, with 9 current active vacancies between them, 4 were filled last week and have an average of 6 called in from existing clients per week so although they are 360 both are active desks with a long-standing client base.
