Healthcare Recruitment Consultant- Leeds (Harehills)

£25,000 – 29,000 basic salary | 10% commission | Onsite parking

Harrison Sands are hiring for a boutique healthcare recruitment agency focused on the provision of domiciliary care, live-in care, home care and generalist nursing and HCA support.
This agency have been operating for over 15 years, working in partnership with the CQC as well as local council services, individual users and private care homes. They have a non-corporate, friendly approach and are looking for an additional Consultant to join the team to assist in service expansion.
Core duties:
– Advertising vacancies and screening HCA and nursing candidates.
– Compliance and DBS checks.
– Booking nurses and HCAs onto shifts, dealing with candidates in a respectful and consultative manner.
– Contacting prospective and existing clients to generate further bookings and business.
– Conducting site visits with clients.

This position will suit a Recruiter with specific experience within social care, homecare or domicilary care recruitment and is based Monday to Friday in the head office in Harehills
